A stand-alone fishfinder with integrated WiFi and GPS:
The perfect companion for any angler, this stand-alone sounder displays the bottom profile and presence of fish directly on a smartphone or tablet via a wifi link. It even gives approximate fish size! Operates to a depth of 80m and a distance of 100m. Completely autonomous, it can be used by boat, on foot, in a canoe, etc.
Its built-in GPS permanently records the sounder's position and depth, enabling precise bathymetric readings to be taken from shore or underway
How does it work?
Consisting of a simple floating ball, you simply place it at the end of your fishing line, or use its optional flexible arm to hold it close to your boat (in this case, it can be used as a back-up sounder for boats at slow speeds)
It switches on automatically when it comes into contact with water, and then starts transmitting the wifi signal. Viewing is via thefree Fish Deeper app (available in iOS or Android versions).
