Description

The Splash case is a semi-waterproof universal tablet case with a transparent vinyl front, closed by a zip.

The Splash case is primarily an extra case for occasional* boating, traveling, hiking or poolside use. It offers good protection in the event of accidental spillage, or when used with wet hands or clothing, but is not intended for permanent outdoor use in the rain or spray.

* If you own an Apple tablet, we recommend aiShell cases, which are better suited to use as outdoor GPS devices on boats.

The transparent vinyl film allows easy access to thetouchscreen and front buttons. Depending on the tablet model, access to the side buttons may require partial opening of the perimeter zip. Touch-ID is not usable (unlock the screen with the code). Please note that only the front camera can be used.

The case offers excellent grip and a good hold for the tablet inside (non-slip rubber inner surface and elastics in the corners). It offers excellent shock protection thanks to its rigid back and internal elastics that hold the tablet in place in the event of a fall.

An integrated kickstand allows you to hold it upright for viewing a film, for example. A built-in magnet keeps it securely closed during normal use.

The tablet can be recharged by partially opening the zip to slide in the power cable.
